Friday, September 9th

• Morning: Team captains meeting (TBA)
• Afternoon: Vintage train ride from Grapevine to Fort Worth.  We are reserving two cars leaving at 1:00 pm returning at 6:00 pm which allows approximately 1.5 hours for shopping, sightseeing and dining in the historic Fort Worth stockyards.  We'll sell out fast so sign up now!

• Evening: Meet 'n' Greet party - 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm - at Cross Timbers Winery

• Texas is the 5th largest producer of wines in the USA, and Cross Timbers Winery does us proud.  Their Texas Blush has won Grapefest's People's Choice Award 3 years in a row, and their Sangiovese, Chardonnay, Viognier, and Muscat Canelli have also won awards in the local competitions.  With 9 varietals, your taste buds will be delighted.  The winery itself is located in an 1870's pioneer family house called the Dorris/Brock house and is considered an example of country Victorian.  It is believed to be among the 5 oldest structures in Grapevine.  Finger foods and live music will be available to be enjoyed during the evening.

• Evening:

• T-shirt swap party - 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm at  Austin Ranch

Sunday, September 11th

• Morning:

• 10k (7:30 am)
• 5k (9:00 am)
• 1 mile (10:30 am) - Remembrance Run/Dog Walk
• Entertainment/Music - 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Awards/Food - 1:00 pm start
• Evening: 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony (start time TBA) at the 9/11 Flight Crew Memorial Plaza
